Mark N Tompkins, although primarily a painter, turned out to be an equally interesting and authentic scenic artist . His works, in a foolish and sometimes sarcastic and bizarre way, portray our everyday life. He started painting revolted by the overall circumstances in the vague value system that did not offer him any thriving perspective. Realizing the absurdity of the choice and the fact that he was left to himself, Mark N Tompkins came up with the idea and the decision that he could seriously deal with such an "ineffectual" and profession. But, he has been drawing for as long as he can remember.
